Her well-proportioned body, vast knowledge of exercise science and inspiring faith based story has led her to become one of the most talked about and sought-after fitness ambassadors in the industry. This woman has a vision and is on a mission to improve the lives of others through sharing her incredible journey and wisdom. Already a certified personal training specialist from the renowned Fitness Institute International in Boca Raton, Florida, Ava began pursuing work as a personal trainer. Realizing her potential in 2005, she decided to turn her passion for a healthy lifestyle into a career and discovered her path as a figure competitor. Harnessing her rock solid work ethic, knowledge of exercise science, and innate ability to "Never Give Up" has enabled her to move herself forward at a breakneck pace. In August 2005, she entered her first figure competition the NPC Southern States where she won the Overall Figure title. That was a defining moment in her life, and she never looked back.
